My other neighbor left a message that there were police cars in front of his house and she thinks she saw them arrest him. HOW DID I MISS THIS? So lame, ugh. I was at my driving test. This is great that he was arrested though because he was totally crazy, he used to scream at his girlfriends(?) and act crazy.
